my housemate, diane had her birthday salubong at Puncak.
According to Wikitravel, Puncak literally means "Peak". It was like their version of "Tagaytay" in the Philippines.

Ride going to Puncak from South Jakarta was around ~1 1/2 - 2 hours WITHOUT traffic.
Since we were celebrating a birthday salubong, we were there from midnight til very early dawn. Thus, most of the restaurants were already closed. Besides, it is also a fasting month. Anyway, luckily there was this hotel that was open 24/7. We had a very late dinner at Hotel Bukit Indah and of course the candle blowing of our dear birthday celebrant :)
By the way, it was super duper cold! my hands and feet were freezing! perfect place for snuggling. CHOS! hahaha :))
Here are some photos of our quick but nice Puncak experiece...
i would love to visit Puncak again very soon. ohwellz, we'll see then :)
